Pam Smith-Bryan


Lead Care Coordinator

Pam has extensive experience working with women and adolescents who struggle with substance dependency and eating disorders. She has worked as a leader and trainer for 18 years in the behavioral health field, has managed and trained over 75 staff members, and has been instrumental in the development of policies and procedures to insure that the safety and well-being of residents is paramount. Before joining Newport Academy, Pam worked as a Lead Care Coordinator and Trainer at an all women's facility. Her primary responsibilities included administrative oversight of other Care Coordinators, along with working directly with residents and families. Pam brings a significant amount of experience working with adolescents and children. She has a deep passion for helping others and strives to help these young adolescent girls find their own individual road to recovery.
