Gwen Dittmar

Recovery Coach

Gwen Dittmar graduated from The University of Delaware with a BA in Psychology and Minors in Nutrition, and Women Studies.  She then worked as a residential counselor at The Renfrew Center in Philadelphia, a researcher within psychiatry, immunology and with the needle exchange programs at The University of Pennsylvania, while also completing a certification in Pharmaceutical Development.  Gwen built a successful career in pharmaceutical research and ran her second marathon by the age of 24, but on the inside she felt alone in alcoholism and thirsted for something more.

In 2003 Gwen moved to Los Angeles, got sober with the help of a therapist, acupuncture, 12 Step, 16 Steps to Empowerment, and by becoming attuned in energetic modalities.  Gwen began her journey of sobriety, health, healing, consciousness, and spirituality.  Gwen completed Spiritual Psychology graduate degree in 2007 from The University of Santa Monica, and integrated a ten year career in pharmaceutical research with her natural gifts of intuition and healing into a soul-centered coaching service for her clients called Changing The Way We Celebrate.

Gwen's conscious, spiritually-driven and soul-centered coaching approach guides clients to use their life challenges such as addiction, disease and unhappiness as gifts for knowing themselves, others, and their spiritual path more deeply.  Gwen's motto is that we are "spiritual beings having human life experiences".  Her clients comment that she "walks the talk," modeling consciousness and spirituality for her clients in realistic ways.  Gwen can be found running, swimming, surfing, writing her novel, consulting to pharmaceutical companies, cooking vegan meals, and practicing Buddhism.  Changing The Way We Celebrate provides clients with a source for living life that never runs dry - the inner spirit.  Contact Gwen to tap into yours...
