Christina Vaughn
Office Manager
Christina has been working in the substance abuse treatment field for years. She has a Bachelors degree in Sociology from the University of California, San Bernadino with an emphasis in Social Services. Prior to joining Newport Academy, she worked as an Admission Counselor overseeing the Admissions Department at an all women's residential facility. She has extensive experience working with women suffering from substance dependency and at-risk runaway children. Christina also enjoys her volunteer work with mentally disabled children. Her passion for helping others has led her in the direction of assisting adolescents in their recovery. Christina plays an integral role at Newport Academy and is involved in almost all areas of administrative development and oversight. She works closely with the Executive Director and Co-Founder to insure that Newport Academy remains compliant with all necessary regulatory issues and that the administrative offices at Newport Academy run smoothly.
